Road Less Travelled

A favorite painting spot by one of the most colorful and beautiful creeks in my home state. "Road Less Travelled" only respects the privacy of the people who reside nearby.
One must admit that it is difficult to keep this location a secret because it is not only peaceful, but quietly restful. A visitor to my studio commented that it was "the road less travelled" so hence the name.  She saw it in an unfinished state and there was much excitement as she viewed it, so I attempted to save the "unfinished look" and leave it "less travelled".
It was a joy to paint and to return to the quiet roadway near the rushing creek waters that seemed to kind of sweep you away with it all!
Thank you very much to the great friend to introduced me to this area.

Hi,

My friend, Beth and I were the ones in your studio when painting you were painting this picture. We bought the picture of Sable and Savanah. Is this picture for sale and if so for how much? I am also still interested in Sandy Reflections if you bring it back to Brenham for me to see. Thank you so much, Jennifer Webster

I love your work...it is very inspiring to this lady of 73 years come Friday. JUst surfing after reading Robert Genn newsletter. I do envy you. How does one put aside the daily toils to pick up the brush..and I do love to paint. Thanks
